If youre considering a phantom, let me do you a favor. Tech support is awful! I mean awful. Hours on a chat more hours on YouTube, hours with tech support. Dont waste youre time like I did.

This app worked very well with my Phantom 4. Everything from the DJI GO app on my iPad Air 2 set up nicely and was all very easy to use. Extremely happy with the whole setup.

We all know the tech support is atrocious. How do,they survive? Because the drone is the best. this app is device dependent. I have tried this on 2 iPads and 1 ASUS tablet. None work. Only my iPhone 5c. You need to upgrade to faster chip based devices.

As a SQA engineer, this app is solid with both Phantom 3 and 4 on a iPad mini 2. Cant speak for other devices but have not experienced one issue with either drones. Maybe the bad reviews are due to older versions of drones and/or iOS devices. But for the Phantom 3 and 4 on iPad mini 2 its rock solid.

Since day one of having this app Ive had nothing bad strong interference and no image transmission signal! FIX THE APP

This App Keeps Crashing On My Tablet almost all The Time !!! Please Fix It !!!

The app does what it says it does however I have noticed insane battery drain on my iPhone 6s. Very depressing as imagine it died while flying! What would happen??

Constantly getting weak signal on phantom 4 on very low distances like 500-1000 m it should work on these distances without any problem, you are stating 3000 m range on your product! Hope this is a software problem not hardware one...

After installing this update my Osmo I use with the X5R and an iPhone 6S Plus freezes in the middle of shots. The wifi stays connected, and the histogram continues to update, but the picture is frozen. I am now basically unable to use my Osmo without constantly restarting it, and am down for work. When I restart the Osmo I can get maybe one short shot in before it freezes. Same behavior after restarting the phone several times.

The app is the most worst ever!!! Dji technical support its really bad.

Ok so it works well if you bought a phantom or any other DJI product, but it has a few bugs. The biggest bug this app has is if you capture multiple videos while flying your drone they do not all transmit into the app nor does it tell you that some were not downloaded. They will however all be on your SD card which you can access the videos. The biggest bug is that you can import the videos from the Sd card and download them through the app but they never appear when finished "downloading"!!! DJI has got to fix this.

Not sure why anyone would rate this one star. DJI packed some incredible tools into this app! I applaud DJI for the awesome app! I have had the app freeze on me only a couple times (not when flying my P4) so I knocked off 1 star...

I can capture all of the cool moments in the air with my drone app never has problems for me but it occasionally says strong interference when I fly but not a big problem.

We use DJI App every week for all of our flights. We love the Facebook Live feature and we engage with other users on a weekly basis.

Wont playback new log files after update. Says map loading and app crashes

App crashes every time on the final step of creating a movie in the video editor. After two hours of editing now it wont complete the final step. I may have to just do it all over again. Unacceptable!

From day 1 this P4 had been the worst nightmare I have seen in tech in the past 30 years.

Though this app is really cool for streaming purposes while flying the drone, it drains my phone battery. Saying that, I have the keep using the app in order to fly the drone so if battery life improvement can be made, then this would be perfect!

Im on assignment in a remote area with no internet connection. The app randomly decides to activate. I cant activate because I have no internet connection. I could finish the job because the app is worthless.

The app crashes whenever I look at a specific flight on the flight list. Whenever I take a photo while flying it doesnt show up in the editor for a couple days and sometimes it just never shows up. Not sure if this is the ️all or not but occasionally when I watch a video back it is very laggy. Other than that the app is great.
